Yes, we have 2 Apartments equipped for people with a physical disability or mobility issue, including those in a wheelchair. The apartments are located close to the elevator, and offer disabled bathroom facilities enabling access for all, as well as other features within the apartment.

Wi-Fi access is available throughout the hotel for hotel guests, and guests dining in our coffeeshop.

We provide baby sitting service on chargeable basis in the apartment. We don’t have child playing area

Babycot is free of charge for child below 3 years. We can accommodate child upto 12 years using existing bed. 12 years and above extra bed is applicable with charges.

All guests including children’s and infants valid original ID (Passport or Emirates ID) to be presented upon check-in, as its mandatory from local authority. Failure to present the valid original ID, Guest check-in will be denied and booking will be charged.
