Yes, we have 3 Rooms equipped for people with a physical disability or mobility issue, including those in a wheelchair. The rooms are located close to the elevator, and offer disabled bathroom facilities enabling access for all, as well as other features within the room.

Wi-Fi access is available throughout the hotel for hotel guests, meeting and conference guests, and guests dining in our restaurant.

Free shuttle service available to the Beach (first come First serve basis)

Babycot is free of charge for child below 3 years. We can accommodate child upto 12 years using existing bed. 12 years and above extra bed is applicable with charges.

All guests including children’s and infants valid original ID (Passport or Emirates ID) to be presented upon check-in, as its mandatory from local authority. Failure to present the valid original ID, Guest check-in will be denied and booking will be charged.
